IN THE ESTATE OF CARLOS AGUILAR, DECEASED

From the County Court at Law No 2, Webb County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2012-PB4-000048 L2
Honorable Jesus Garza, Judge Presiding

ORDER

The reporter's record was originally due to be filed in this appeal on November 30, 2015. On December 7, 2015, this court notified the court reporter that the record was late. In response to our notice, the court reporter filed a notification of late record on December 8, 2015, stating the record had not been filed because appellant had failed to request or pay for the record. In response to this court's order, appellant filed written proof on December 23, 2015, establishing that the record had been requested and payment arrangements had been made. Therefore, by order dated December 28, 2016, the court reporter was ordered to file the reporter's record in this appeal by January 12, 2016.

On January 13, 2016, the court reporter filed a second notification of late record requesting an additional fifteen-day extension of time to file the reporter's record. The request is GRANTED. The reporter's record must be filed in this appeal no later than February 1, 2016. NO FURTHER EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED ABSENT EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES
