ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
¶1 The Court considered the Respondent's "MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION" and "DECLARATION OF ROBBIN TAYLOR IN SUPPORT OF RESPONDENT'S MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION" and determined unanimously that the following order should be entered;

¶4 That the motion for reconsideration is denied on the basis that the issue raised in the motion for reconsideration was not raised in this review. See also RCW 29A.56.150(2) and In the Matter of the Recall of James E. West , 156 Wash.2d 244, 126 P.3d 798 (2006).
