ORDER
The clerk's record was filed November 18, 2015, and a supplemental clerk's record was filed February 2, 2016. Our review has determined that a relevant item has been omitted from the clerk's record. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.5(c). The record does not contain the affidavits said to be attached to: (1) Original Motion to Modify for Conservatorship, and for Termination in Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship and Order Setting Hearing filed November 19, 2013; and (2) First Amended Motion to Modify for Conservatorship and for Termination in Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship filed December 5, 2013.
The Harris County District Clerk is directed to file a supplemental clerk's record on or before February 22, 2016, containing:
1. Original Motion to Modify for Conservatorship, and for Termination in Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship and Order Setting Hearing filed November 19, 2013, and any affidavits or other attachments; and
2. First Amended Motion to Modify for Conservatorship and for Termination in Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship filed December 5, 2013, and any affidavits or other attachments.
If the omitted items are not part of the case file, the district clerk is directed to file a supplemental clerk's record containing a certified statement that the omitted items are not a part of the case file.
