IN RE AKIRA IMAI, Relator

ON APPLICATION FOR A WRIT OF MANDAMUS CAUSE NO. J-17005851-01 IN THE MUNICIPAL COURT OF THE CITY OF DALLAS DALLAS COUNTY

Per curiam. ORDER

Relator filed a motion for leave to file an application for a writ of mandamus pursuant to the original jurisdiction of this Court. He contended, among other things, that the judge did not have authority to order the defense to disclose videos for a pretrial evidentiary ruling.

The parties have submitted responses stipulating that the judge has rescinded the portion of the order at issue. Accordingly, Relator's complaint is moot. This Court's July 5, 2017 stay of the proceedings in the Municipal Court is lifted. Relator's motion for leave to file is denied. Filed: October 4, 2017
