ORDER

PER CURIAM

This is an accelerated appeal from an order terminating parental rights which must be disposed of by this court within 180 days of the date the notice of appeal is filed. TEX. R. JUD. ADMIN. 6.2. Appellant K.F.S.'s brief is currently due on January 2, 2024. Appellant K.F.S. has filed a motion for extension of time to file his brief. The motion is GRANTED. Appellant K.F.S.'s brief is now due on or before January 22, 2024. However, given the time constraints governing the disposition of this appeal, further requests for extensions of time will be disfavored.

It is so ORDERED.
