ORDER

PER CURIAM

In this accelerated appeal, the reporter's record was due on November 13, 2023. The next day, court reporter Katelyn Laird filed a notification of late record requesting an additional nine days to prepare and file the reporter's record, which she estimates will be about 90 pages.

The request is granted. The reporter's record is due on November 22, 2023. See TEX. R. APP. P. 35.3(C) (LIMITING AN EXTENSION IN AN ACCELERATED APPEAL TO TEN DAYS).
