On Appeal from the 255th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. DF-19-21932

ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

The reporter's record in this case is overdue. By order dated November 30, 2021, we notified Court Reporter Yolanda Atkins that appellant had filed a statement of inability to pay costs in the trial court and we ordered Ms. Atkins to file the reporter's record without payment of costs within thirty days. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed, nor has Ms. Atkins corresponded with the Court regarding the status of the reporter's record.

So that this appeal can proceed, we ORDER Ms. Atkins to file the reporter's record within TWENTY DAYS of the date of this order. Failure to do so may result in an order directing the trial court to conduct a hearing to determine why the record has not been filed.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Presiding Judge of the 255th Judicial District Court, Ms. Atkins, and all parties.
