Original Proceeding from the 283rd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F87-77449-JT.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge erred in not yet ruling on his writ of replevin. Based on the record presented, we conclude relator has failed to show himself entitled to the relief requested.
