IN RE HOUSTOUN, WOODARD, EASON, GENTLE, TOMFORDE AND ANDERSON D/B/A INSURANCE ALLIANCE, Relator

Writ of Mandamus Denied, Opinion issued March 30, 2012

Original Proceeding from the 397th Judicial District Court

Grayson County, Texas

Trial Court Cause No. 08-0604-397

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before Justices Moseley, FitzGerald, and Myers

Opinion by Justice FitzGerald

Relator contends the trial judge erred in denying a motion to compel. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown it is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-40 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Additionally, we conclude relator's petition does not satisfy the requirements of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3(j); In re Butler, 270 S.W.3d 757, 758 (Tex. App.-Dallas 2008, orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.

KERRY P. FITZGERALD

JUSTICE
