Opinion

No. 05-08-01031-CV

Opinion Filed August 21, 2008.

Original Proceeding from the 193rd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. DC-06-11724-L.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator claims the trial court erred in denying its motion to transfer venue, striking its counterclaims, excluding testimony of expert witnesses, and requiring a letter of credit as security for potential recovery in the case. Based on the record presented, relator failed to show that it is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.7; 52.8. Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
