Opinion

No. 05-04-00127-CV.

Opinion Issued February 4, 2004.

Original Proceeding from the 196th Judicial District Court, Hunt County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 59,483.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices MORRIS, BRIDGES, and FITZGERALD.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred in denying their motion for continuance. The facts of this original proceeding are known to the parties so we do not recite them here. Based on the record presented, we conclude the relators have failed to show the trial judge abused his discretion and have failed to show they do not have an adequate remedy at law. Accordingly, relator's emergency motion to stay trial setting and petition for writ of mandamus are DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
