MOTION DECISION

DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application for permission to proceed as a poor person.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application for permission to proceed as a poor person is granted, without costs, to the extent that the filing fee required by CPLR 8022 is waived and the proceeding may be perfected upon the original papers filed in the office of the county clerk, one signed original brief and appendix conforming with rule 1250.8 of the Practice Rules of the Appellate Division, and six copies of the appellant's brief and appendix. The proceeding shall be perfected in accordance with this Court's Rules of Practice.
