This matter having come before the Court on Plaintiff's, Motion for Summary Judgment, and the Court having fully read and considered the papers submitted by each of the parties and having heard the arguments of counsel; and good cause appearing therefor;

IT IS on this 22^nd day of December, 2003,

ORDERED, that the Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment is granted; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the arbitration Award of Arbitrator Joel M. Weisblatt, dated and issued on July 25, 2003 is hereby confirmed; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Defendant, Englewood Hospital and Medical Center is hereby directed to implement and comply with the Award of Arbitrator Joel M. Weisblatt dated July 25, 2003 forthwith; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that a copy of the within Order be served upon all counsel within 7 Days of this Order.

ORDER

For the reasons set forth in the Court's Opinion filed herewith,

ORDERED that plaintiff's motion for summary judgment be, and it hereby is, granted; and it is further

ORDERED that defendant's cross-motion for summary judgment be, and it hereby is, denied.
