PER CURIAM
Relator Hospitality Fund of Central Texas, LLC has filed a petition for writ of mandamus and emergency motion for stay. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.1, 52.10(a). We grant the emergency motion for stay in part and temporarily stay the foreclosure of real property described as "Lot 1, Block F, The Summit at Rivery Park Phases 5 and 6, an Addition in Williamson County, Texas, according to the Map or Plat recorded in Document 2013116146, Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas." See id. R. 52.10(b). The Court orders the real party in interest to file a response to the emergency motion for stay and the petition for writ of mandamus on or before November 10, 2020.
