DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Lawrence Ivan Horowitz for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Horowitz was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 1, 1987. By opinion and order of this Court dated February 19, 2014, Mr. Horowitz was suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years, commencing March 21, 2014, based on eight charges of professional misconduct. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 28, 2018, Mr. Horowitz's first motion for reinstatement was denied.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

We find that Lawrence Ivan Horowitz does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.

LASALLE, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, CHAMBERS and AUSTIN, JJ., concur.
