Based on the Court's opinion of today's date, we DISMISS relators' petition for want of jurisdiction to the extent relators seek mandamus relief against the district judge relating to her August 9, 2024 Order Denying Defendant's Motion to Sever and Abate, we DISMISS relators' petition for want of jurisdiction to the extent relators seek mandamus relief against an associate judge, and we DENY relators' petition to the extent relators seek mandamus relief against the district judge relating to the associate judge's August 9, 2024 and/or August 19, 2024 orders on Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Written Discovery and Depositions. We further DENY relators' motion for emergency temporary relief as moot.
