ORDER
PER CURIAM
On August 13, 2024, Relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus and an emergency motion. The motion asks this court to stay the new trial set for September 9, 2024, pending this court's disposition of Relators' petition for writ of mandamus.
On August 15, 2024, Real Party in Interest filed a response to the emergency motion, arguing against staying the September 9, 2024 trial setting.
This court believes a serious question concerning the mandamus relief sought requires further consideration. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(b). Respondent and Real Party in Interest may file responses to the petition in this court by September 12, 2024. Any response must comply with Rule 52.4.
Relators' August 13, 2024 emergency motion to stay trial is granted. We order that the new trial set for September 9, 2024, in Cause No. 2020-CI-15071 pending in the 45th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, is stayed pending final disposition of Relators' petition for writ of mandamus or further order of this court.
It is so ORDERED.
