ORDER The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 22-210, concluding as a matter of reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 1:20-14(a), that Tony Chung-Min Hom of New York, New York, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1997, should be censured based on discipline imposed by the United States Patent and Trademark Office for unethical conduct that in New Jersey constitutes a violation of RPC 1.1(a) (engaging in gross neglect), RPC 1.3 (lacking diligence), RPC 1.4(b) (failing to keep a client reasonably informed and failing to promptly comply with reasonable requests for information), RPC 1.4(c) (failing to explain a matter such that a client can make an informed decision), RPC 5.3(a) and (b) (failing to supervise nonlawyer staff), RPC 5.5(a)(2) (engaging in unauthorized practice of law), and RPC 8.4(d) (engaging in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice); And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that Tony Chung-Min Hom is hereby censured; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent's file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
