Relator requests this Court issue a writ of mandamus ordering the Dallas County district clerk to issue citations in new lawsuit filed by relator. We conclude this Court does not have jurisdiction to grant the relief requested. Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221 (Vernon Supp. 2003).
