IN THE MATTER OF THE MARRIAGE OF VICKI LYNN HOLLINS AND SHERMAN HOLLINS

From the 378th District Court Ellis County, Texas
Trial Court No. 92194D

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant, Vicki Lynn Hollins, appeals the trial court's judgment of divorce.

Following our standard policies and procedures, by letter dated August 31, 2017, the Clerk of this Court notified Hollins that the clerk's record in the above cause had apparently not been filed because Hollins had failed to pay or make arrangements to pay the clerk's fee for preparation of the record. In the same letter, the Clerk notified Hollins that if Hollins wished to proceed with this appeal, she must pay or make arrangements to pay the clerk's fee and notify this Court of the actions taken within 21 days after the date of the August 31, 2017 letter. The Clerk further warned that if Hollins failed to do so, this appeal would be dismissed for want of prosecution. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b).

More than 21 days have passed and we have not been notified whether Hollins has paid or made arrangement to pay the clerk's fee. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. Id.
