IN RE: H. Warren Hogeland Senior Magisterial District Judge
ORDER
AND NOW, this 4th day of February, 2013, upon consideration of the criminal information filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against H. Warren Hogeland, charging felonies, and upon consideration of the Petition for Interim Suspension Without Pay filed by the Judicial Conduct Board, under the authority of Article V, Section 18(d)(2), it is hereby ORDERED that the said Respondent is suspended from any and all duties which he may have as a senior Magisterial District Judge and Respondent henceforth shall not be eligible to accept any assignments as a senior Magisterial District Judge.
