AND NOW, this 14^th day of February, 2013, upon consideration of the Respondent's Petition to Vacate the Interim Order of Suspension entered by this Court on February 4, 2013 and of the Judicial Conduct Board's Response thereto, the said Petition is hereby DENIED.
