ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 20-078, concluding that Jeannette A. Hoffman of Keyport, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1977, should be reprimanded for violating RPC 1.7(a) (conflict of interest), RPC 3.3(a)(l) (false statement of material fact or law to a tribunal), and RPC 8.4(c) (conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation);
And the Court having determined from its review of the matter pursuant to Rule 1:20-16 (b) that respondent committed the violations found by the Board, but that in consideration of the substantial mitigating factors present in this matter, discipline for respondent's established unethical conduct is not warranted;
And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that no discipline be imposed on Jeannette A. Hoffman for the unethical conduct established in these proceedings; and it is further ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent's file as an attorney at law of this State.
