IN RE Gary HODGE and Robert Hart III

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Original Mandamus Proceeding PER CURIAM Sitting: Marialyn Barnard, Justice Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice Jason Pulliam, Justice PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2014-CI-18038, styled Stephen Kraft, Individually and as a Member on Behalf of Grupo Habanero, LLC v. Gary Hodge and Robert Hart III, pending in the 225th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Peter A. Sakai presiding. --------

On February 2, 2016, relators Gary Hodge and Robert Hart III filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining of the trial court's order denying a motion to compel appraisal. The court has considered relators' petition for writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that relators are not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
