ORDER GRANTING EX PARTE MOTION FOR SUBSTITUTION OF COUNSEL.

THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon Debtors' EX PARTE MOTION FOR SUBSTITUTION OF COUNSEL, the Court having reviewed the same and being other wise fully advised in the premises, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:

1) The Ex Parte Motion for Substitution of Counsel is granted;

2) All further notices shall be sent to substitute counsel;

3) All pre-petition retainers have been and will bee retained by prior counsel. All remaining presumptive fees shall be continued to be paid to prior counsel;

4) Red Rock Legal Services, P.L.L.C. will submit payment for any additional, non-presumptive fees in this case by fee application pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 330 and Bankruptcy Rule 2016, as an administrative expense pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 503(b)(2) and § 330(a), and request the Court enter an such order requiring payment of said administrative expense pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §1326(a)(2) as applicable.
