DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Andrew Hirschhorn for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Hirschhorn was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 30, 1991. By opinion and order of this Court dated February 13, 2020, Mr. Hirschhorn was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, commencing March 16, 2020.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance, and the matter is referred to a Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Andrew Hirschhorn's character and fitness to practice law.
