MEMORANDUM OPINION


Before the Court is the parties' joint motion to lift abatement, dismiss petition for writ of mandamus pursuant to settlement, and request for expedited relief. The Court GRANTS the motion. Accordingly, we REINSTATE this case and DISMISS relators' petition for writ of mandamus.
