IN RE NANCY F. HEYDEMANN, ARK. BAR NO. 82197

PETITION FOR VOLUNTARY SURRENDER OF ARKANSAS LAW LICENSE PETITION GRANTED. PER CURIAM

On recommendation of the Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct, we hereby accept the voluntary surrender of the license of Nancy F. Heydemann of Sausalito, California, to practice law in the State of Arkansas. In her petition for voluntary surrender, filed with this court on August 31, 2015, Heydemann acknowledges that she has been suspended from practicing law for failure to pay her annual license fees since 2002 and states that she fully understands the implications of her voluntary surrender. Attached to Heydemann's petition is a letter from the Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct recommending our acceptance of her voluntary surrender and representing that no disciplinary actions have been filed against her.

Accordingly, the name of Nancy F. Heydemann shall be removed from the registry of attorneys licensed by the State of Arkansas, and she is barred and enjoined from engaging in the practice of law in this state.

It is so ordered.
