MATT JOHNSON, JUSTICE

Jason Heuer's and Clorissa Heuer's "Petition for Writ of Mandamus" is denied. The Heuers' "Emergency Motion for Stay Pending Mandamus" and "First Supplemental Emergency Motion for Stay Pending Mandamus" are dismissed as moot.
