MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator, Kevin Herne, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus requesting that we compel the trial court to vacate a temporary ex parte protective order issued on May 7, 2020. We deny the petition.
The underlying case is Megan Marjorie Herne v. Kevin John Herne, cause number 2020-27857, pending in the 280th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Barbara Stalder presiding.
