MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

Relator, James Robert Hernandez, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus asking that we compel the Honorable Titiana Frausto, Judge of the 181st District Court of Potter County, "to remove political and other material from the jury room of the 181st Potter County District Court prior to allowing jurors access to that area."

The Petition for Writ of Mandamus is denied.
