ORDER ON MOTION FOR DIRECTIONS


THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on June 2, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. on the Motion for Directions filed by Diane Jensen, and the Court, having heard arguments of counsel and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is Ordered as follows:

1. The Motion for Directions is GRANTED.

2. Pending a determination of the issues involved in Adv. No. 05-170, and until further order of the Court, Diane Jensen, who has been substituted for the Debtor as Chapter 7 Trustee in several pending cases, is authorized and directed to remit to Jon M. Waage, as Chapter 13 Trustee, such fees and expenses as the Debtor may be entitled to on account of his service as a Chapter 7 Trustee in the cases where she acts as substitute Chapter 7 trustee.

DONE AND ORDERED.
