In the MATTER OF Daniel David HEDIGER an Attorney at Law (Attorney No. 057661994)
ORDER This matter having been duly presented to the Court on the recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board regarding the reinstatement to the practice of law of Daniel David Hediger, formerly of Hackensack, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1995, and who was suspended from the practice of law for a period of three months, effective June 12, 2023, by order of the Court filed May 10, 2023;
And the Disciplinary Review Board having recommended to the Court that Daniel David Hediger be reinstated to practice, effective immediately, on the condition that respondent refrain from practicing as a professional corporation or any corporate entity until such time as respondent provides proof of malpractice insurance;
And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that Daniel David Hediger is hereby reinstated to the practice of law, effective immediately, provided that Daniel David Hediger refrain from practicing as a professional corporation or any corporate entity until such time as he provides proof of malpractice insurance.
