IN RE: CHARLES JOSEPH HEBERT & MITZI THIBODEAUX HEBERT APPLYING FOR INTRAFAMILY ADOPTION

In Re: Joseph Austin, applying for supervisory writs, 21st Judicial District Court, Parish of Tangipahoa, No. 2015-0040021. BEFORE: WELCH, CRAIN AND HOLDRIDGE, JJ.

WRIT APPLICATION REJECTED. The civil writ application received by this Court on behalf of relator did not contain the required filing fee of $174.50. The statement of trust fund account submitted with relator's writ application indicates funds are available for the payment of the filing fee. Therefore, the writ application is being returned to relator. A payment in the amount of $10.45 must be included with any writ application submitted on his behalf. La. R.S. 15:1186. This Court is unable to process the writ application until the required payment is received.

In the event relator elects to file a new application, all of the documents being returned should be included in the new submission.
