Opinion Issued July 18, 2007.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial court has not acted on his nunc pro tunc motion seeking jail time credit. Relator's petition is deficient and he has not provided a record. Therefore, we conclude relator has not shown he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3, 52.7 and 52.8(a). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
