REINSTATEMENT ORDER

We abated this appeal to the trial court because appellant's brief was overdue. The trial court conducted a hearing and determined that appellant was indigent and wished to continue with the appeal. The trial court also removed appellant's appointed counsel from the representation of appellant and appointed E. Alan Bennett to represent appellant in the appeal.

Accordingly, this appeal is reinstated. Appellant's brief is due 20 days from the date of this Order.
