IN THE INTEREST OF H.B., A CHILD

From the 361st District Court Brazos County, Texas
Trial Court No. 16-001947-CV-361

ORDER

The children in the underlying case, H.B. and H.B., have different fathers. The trial court terminated the parental rights of the mother and both fathers to their respective children. Only one of the fathers, J.B.B. III, appealed the trial court's order terminating his parental rights. The mother of the children and the father of the other child did not appeal the trial court's order terminating their parental rights. Thus, only one child is the subject of this appeal.

Accordingly, the Clerk of this Court is ordered to modify the style of this appeal to reflect the appropriate, new style, In the Interest of H.B., a Child. All parties to this proceeding are ordered to use the new style from the date of this order forward when communicating with the Court or when submitting documents to the Court regarding this appeal. The docket number of the appeal will not change.
