Opinion

No. 05-05-01468-CV

Opinion issued October 31, 2005.

Original Proceeding from the 291st Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause Nos. F04-01361, F04-01362, F04-01374.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge to whom relator's motion to recuse was referred erred in denying the motion. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown he has no adequate remedy at law. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); DeLeon v. Aguilar, 127 S.W.3d 1, 6 (Tex.Crim.App. 2004) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
