MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator Erica Haywood filed a petition for a writ of mandamus complaining of various acts allegedly taken by Judge Millard. Relator states that the case is set for trial on October 18, 2005.

The Honorable Lisa Millard, judge of the 310th District Court of Harris County, Texas. The underlying lawsuit is In re R.P., No. 2003-70108 (310th Dist. Ct., Harris County, Tex.).

We deny the petition for a writ of mandamus.
