This proceeding arises out of Trial Court No. 23-12-28870-CV, styled Clyde Harris and Jennifer Harris v. Dancing Bear Property Owners' Ass'n, Inc., pending in the 454th Judicial District Court, Medina County, Texas, the Honorable Daniel Kindred presiding.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

On June 28, 2024, relators filed a petition for a writ of mandamus. On July 16, 2024, relators filed an emergency motion to stay proceedings in the underlying matter. After considering the mandamus petition and record, the court concludes relators are not entitled to the relief sought.

Accordingly, relators' petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED and their emergency motion to stay is DENIED as moot. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a).

It is so ORDERED on July 22, 2024.
