IN RE HARRIS/WEATHERS MINORS

LC No. 2020-000989-NA

ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to extend time to file transcripts is GRANTED. Court Reporter Zelah Williams Law must file the 12 outstanding transcripts by May 15, 2023. These transcripts were ordered from Court Reporter Williams Law on October 18, 2022, over six months ago. These are termination of parental rights cases which means that the lengthy delay in transcript production in these cases is impacting children.

In addition to forwarding a copy of this order to Court Reporter Williams Law at zwilliams30@yahoo.com, the Clerk's Office is directed to forward a copy of this order to Judge Frank S. Szymanski at frank.szymanski@3rdcc.org, Tammi Palmer at Tammi.Palmer@3rdcc.org, and Cheryl White at CheryLWhite@3rdcc.org.
