Order to show cause issued, returnable in Superior Court
The Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is ordered to show cause before the Los Angeles County Superior Court when the matter is placed on calendar, why petitioner is not entitled to the striking of the two 10-year gang enhancements, as conceded by the Attorney General in his informal response. The return is to be filed on or before July 21, 2017.
