On February 6, 2020, BARBARA McDANIEL HARRIS filed a petition in this court seeking review of the State Bar Court's Review Department's interim decision to deny her motion for a reasonable extension of time to pay the trial transcript fee to facilitate review of her appeal below. On April 8, 2020, the time to file a petition for review of the State Bar Court's recommendation of disbarment expired and, pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 9.18(b), the disciplinary recommendation of disbarment was filed as an order of this court.
