ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO WITHDRAW APPEARANCE

Marcia J. Ferree, attorney for Respondent, files a "Motion To Withdraw," stating that she is closing her private law office to begin serving as a Commissioner for courts in Marion County. The Court approved a conditional agreement in this case on October 30, 2007, and there is nothing pending in this case.

Being duly advised, the Court GRANTS the Motion and directs that the appearance of Marcia J. Ferree be withdrawn.

The Clerk is directed to send copies of this order to Marcia J. Ferree and to all counsel of record.
