Order to show cause issued; returnable in Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Two

The Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is ordered to show cause before the Fourth District Court of Appeal, Division Two, when the matter is placed on calendar, why petitioner is not entitled to relief based on his claim that there was insufficient evidence to support the robbery-murder special circumstance finding under People v. Clark (2016) 63 Cal.4th 522, 609-623 and People v. Banks (2015) 61 Cal.4th 788.
