IN THE MATTER OF THE GUARDIANSHIP OF MARY JANE HARGROVE

From the County Court at Law, Val Verde County, Texas
Trial Court No. 17-002-G
Honorable Sid L. Harle, Judge Presiding

ORDER

The court reporter has filed a notice of late record, stating the reporter's record will not be timely filed because "the appellant is not entitled to appeal without paying the fee, and the appellant has failed to pay the fee or make arrangements to pay the fee for preparing such record." We order the appellant Mary Jane Hargrove to provide written proof to this court by March 5, 2018 that either (1) the reporter's fee has been paid or arrangements have been made to pay the reporter's fee; or (2) the appellant is entitled to the reporter's record without prepayment of the reporter's fee. See TEX. R. APP. P. 20.1, 35.3(a). If the appellant fails to file such proof within the time provided, appellant's brief will be due March 26, 2018, and the court will only consider those issues or points raised in appellant's brief that do not require a reporter's record for a decision. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c).

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 22nd day of February, 2018.
