Douglas B. Shapiro Presiding Judge, Mark T. Boonstra, James Robert Redford Judges
ORDER
On March 24, 2023, the Court entered an order in In re Marshall/Barnett Minors, docket no. 363800, which stated in relevant part: "If materials capable of transcription do not exist for the June 24, 2020 and/or June 25, 2020 hearing dates, attorney [Adil] Haradhvala [P40095] shall, within 14 days of the Clerk's certification of this order, take the steps required by MCR 7.210(B)(2) to settle the record for those hearings dates or explain in writing to this Court why taking the steps required by MCR 7.210(B)(2) will not reasonably lead to settlement of the record for those hearing dates." Attorney Haradhvala has not complied with the stated requirements of this Court's March 24, 2023 order and the 14-day time period has passed.
Therefore, no later than 7 days after the Clerk's certification of this order, attorney Adil Haradhvala (P40095) shall:
1. move to settle the record in the trial court with respect to the June 24, 2020 and June 25, 2020 hearing dates as required by MCR 7.210(B)(2), or, 2. show cause in writing why he should not be held in contempt of this Court and assessed $250 in sanctions for his failure to move to settle the record in the trial court.
If attorney Adil Haradhvala (P40095) fails to comply with this order, this Court will enter an order finding attorney Haradhvala in contempt of Court and assessing him $250 in sanctions.
