DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by Melanie Ann Hallas, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 20, 2011, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Melanie Ann Hallas Kirsch.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further, ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Melanie Ann Hallas to Melanie Ann Hallas Kirsch, effective immediately.
