This petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed on behalf of a capital inmate was filed in this court after October 25, 2017. Pursuant to Penal Code section 1509, subdivision (a), the petition and the “Application for Order to File Exhibit Under Seal,” filed on November 17, 2022, are transferred to the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara.
In issuing this order, the court has not considered the applicability of Penal Code section 1509, subdivision (d) to this petition.
