MOTION DECISION

PRESENT: WHALEN, P.J., SMITH, LINDLEY, CURRAN, AND BANNISTER, JJ.

Respondent-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Ontario County, entered April 22, 2024, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Alan Reed, Esq., 12 West Pulteney Square, PO Box 551, Bath, New York 14810, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeal, and

It is further ORDERED that the Ontario County Family Court Clerk provide Alan Reed, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the transcripts, if any, shall be filed with the Ontario County Family Court Clerk, within 30 days of the date of this order, pursuant to Family Court Act § 1121 (7), and

It is further ORDERED that the record and briefs are to be filed and served within 60 days of the filing of the transcripts with the Ontario County Family Court Clerk.
